I am the bonafide and legal owner of the product.
I have full and complete authority over the product to enter into a transaction with the Renter, in accordance with the below Terms of Use.
I shall not hold RentSher liable or responsible for any loss suffered by me due to damage or reduction in value of the product.
I shall not hold RentSher liable or responsible for any damage or loss suffered by me for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
I have read and agreed explicitly to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy of the Website and agree to be bound by the saame.
RentSher will collect the product one day before and return the day after the booked date. RentSher charges commission from the rent for its services and the commission rate is set to 20% of the total rent value (excluding deposit and delivery charges). RentSher reserves the rights to change this rate from time to time.
